We are happy to assist you with replacements subject to following criteria:
- Replacement request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a replacement for any orders that exceed the 7 days refund period.
- You can register a replacement request by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject line as Replacement Request.
- Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products should be unused with all the tags. Original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
- Product should reach us within 3 - 4 days of replacement request and be in sellable condition.
- Baybot reserves the right to refuse to replace a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping cost to return your item. Return address is mentioned below.
Damaged or Wrong product
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is wrong or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product
- You can register a replacement request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line as Replacement Request & images of physically damaged or wrong product.
- Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same.
- Once approved as an eligible return, replacement will be initiated and we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your replacement issue will be closed within 2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
Delay in receiving the order
- If you do not receive your products and you can not track it, we recommend reaching us by email (mentioned below) so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues promptly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colours or design of the product delivered may vary in actual colour. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimers before placing the order.
Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement as per the replacement policy above.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the look / quality of a defect free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
